No Fees to Join
There are no fees to join up, and nominal commissions are only charged on winning a project. Commission charged is 4% or $4 whichever is higher.
On sign-up you should provide your website URL that includes a resume of work done and examples if possible. Alternatively, you may provide a resume of your background with qualifications and work experience and referee contacts.
