Fees and Payments

Account management

Sufficient funds must be maintained in your account to cover commissions due. To add funds click on Deposit Funds button and select credit card or PayPal. If you are based in USA or UK you may pay by on-line check, or alternatively bank wire funds from overseas. Bank deposit details are located in the Deposit Funds area of your member’s area. Account balances are all held in US Dollars. Deposits not in USD will be converted into USD at the prevailing rate.

• Note costs are higher for funds wired overseas.
• Note PayPal deposits are only accepted from verified accounts.
• You may use Western Union but please check sending and receiving charges first!
• Net funds received will be added to your account.

New projects cannot be posted if your account balance is negative.

Receiving Payment

There are two options: receipt of funds via escrow which is generally preferred by providers or direct from the buyer on completion. Once the project has been completed, request a sign-off for the work done and release of funds. Alternatively you may be paid independently of OutsourceToday.net, but will lose the benefits of our payment facilities and safety of Escrow.

Payment method should be clearly stated with projects – if it is not, request clarification and do not bid unless you fully understand how payment will be made and what defines the end of the project.

Payment of Commission

This falls due when a bid is accepted. You will be charged commission which is automatically deducted and given 7 days to settle the account if your account has insufficient funds to cover it. None payment will result in a warning and after a further 7 days the account will be frozen. We reserve the right to contact other agencies which may affect your credit rating.

Transfer of funds between your Provider and Buyer Accounts

You are free to transfer funds. There is a minimum transfer of $10. No fees are payable.

Withdrawal of funds

From your member's account area, click on Withdraw funds and select the mode of payment: on-line check/payment, PayPal or bank wire (international payments – outside USA and UK). Current fees (at cost), if any are clearly stated there. Allow from 48 hours for PayPal. Bank wire instructions are processed weekly and must be with us by Monday night for processing that week. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $20.

Payment by E-Gold is possible for small amounts. Charges may vary, and if necessary an adjustment will be made at time of payment. You will need to tell us your E-Gold account number and account name. 7 to 10 days may be required for payment to allow time to purchase the gold.

Payment of funds from OutsourceToday.net must be of cleared funds. This means that although you may see the funds in your account, we may still be awaiting confirmation of funds or receipt of funds. Funds clear quickest via check/cheque, and e-currencies. Funds held in escrow are likely to have cleared by the time they are released (assuming ten days past).

Important Note

If a consultant is paid in advance for a project the withdrawal will be processed when the project is completed and the project owner has completed the review rating of the consultant.
