- Featured projects are shown in a separate section to all others.
- Your project will have priority listing over Standard Projects. These will be shown first to those looking at the category.
- Its prominence will be assured with the featured logo (
) that will appear with it wherever it is displayed.
- No further fees on the featured project will be payable by you
- Consultants will not have to pay any fees on projects bid up to $2,000, offering great savings.
- More complex quotes can be accommodated with featured projects, such as hourly bids, criteria driven award bonuses etc.
- Additional contact details may be shared via the private message boards than is allowed for standard projects.
- Listing fee becomes payable when project is posted.
Note: the project manager should ensure that there are sufficient funds in their account to cover the featured project fee before publishing the project.
Note also: there is a greater expectation by consultants that the escrow facilities will be used with featured projects. Therefore please ensure that sufficient funds are in place at the commencement of the project to transfer to escrow. If needed, further funds can be added to escrow; for instance in the case of hourly bids.
